Maxwell did a good job identifying correct Ethernet cables and fixing the through my switch to get the speeds corrected. Very professional and knowledgeable
Worked with Maxwell for a handful of hours yesterday. A really nice and professional guy who is super helpful and informative. Very easy to talk with and converse. Got the job done as fast as possible even with some hiccups outside of everyone’s control the job got done. Even any issue he offered to mitigate it and offered to help clean up. Everyone should hire Maxwell he’s a good dude.
Finished the job and easy to discuss specific wiring preferences with.
He showed was very knowledgeable about his field and kept me updated every artwork of the way
I don’t want to hurt this individual’s future business. While he offered and installed a new system to address a loss of WiFI, I was not impressed with him and would not hire him again.
I had them route a wire from my router downstairs to the upstairs master bedroom. They were quick and efficient with a fair price. Would 100% recommend their business.
Maxwell was very knowledgeable of my situation and gave me the answers needed to fix my issue.
Got my sons PC he uses for games fixed and look glad we found a trustworthy IT guy!
I reached out to several companies for the situation I was in and these guys were the only ones to respond and they did so quickly. They do great work. If I have anymore network problems I will definitely be using them again.
Good dudes. I ran into a build problem with a personal PC and could not diagnose the issue. My new PC build was dead on arrival. RTS was willing to come out during a holiday to help me. I was initially skeptical at how fast they diagnosed the problem, but when I followed through with their instructions, they were absolutely right. They saved me a lot of time and frustration.
11/10 installation Would hire again These gentlemen came on short notice and even stayed late to finish the job. They didn’t cut corners either! Would absolutely recommend Sean and Max for your next wiring job!
These guys were great at trouble-shooting and guiding me through my Xfinity TV cable set up and printer set up.
It went very well, fast and got more than we asked for in service at a reasonable price
Maxwell and Shaun were very professional and did an excellent job communicating with me.
Great service and resolved my home Wifi issue. Setup a great mesh system. Would call them again if more situations arise where we need IT home support.
Refined Tech Solutions did an excellent job installing a mesh network in my home. The work was done professionally, completed on time, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable home networking support!
