Worker arrived over an hour late - sat in his truck for over 20 minutes. Worker claimed he couldn’t clean the gutters due to bees - was able to get piece of debris out of gutter cap on one end out of 4 sides at least. Was there for a total of 15 minutes including the labor. Was still charged full price and was told I lucked out and wasn’t charged more as the price for gutter cleaning just went up.
