Reis Rooter LLC was the answer to my prayers. They responded in a timely fashion and arrived promptly. They were subject matter experts and fixed my problem in no time. Hire them, you want be disappointed!
We hired this company to repair our kitchen drain and garbage disposal. The plumber arrived on time and was completely professional and courteous. He also fixed something that was not originally planned but needed and did not charge us for extra labor. We would definitely hire this company again. Perfect, top notch service!
Ali came out to rod our sewer line on the same day we contacted him. He was very communicative and took the time to explain the situation clearly. He also inspected the plumbing inside the house to make sure everything was in good condition. I would definitely consider hiring him again for future plumbing work.
I highly recommend this plumber to every single person on this app! He was super helpful, and he and his son were both incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They did an amazing job fixing our sink and tub, and they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’m so glad I found them, and I will definitely be doing business with them again many times in the future. Thank you both so much for the great service!
Ali was responsive and professional and patient enough to answer all my questions. Good quality of work. Keep up the good work :)
Ali and his team were professional, affordable and fast! I will save his number for future emergencies.
had an awesome experience with Ali He was able to take care of things quite quickly And efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! Ali is a pleasure to work with!!
I requested an estimate this morning and when I didn’t respond immediately, I received rude messages and refusal to give an estimate.
One of the best experiences I’ve had through thumbtack. Amazing company and took the time to educate me during the process. Very professional and responsive. 10/10 will use again.
This was my first time using Thumbtack and I couldn't be more pleased. He responded quickly to my request, showed up promptly, was clean, professional, and very efficient. I'll definitely think of Thumbtack should I need further work.
He arrived in 30min after I called. Super great work. Thank you for all you did for us!
We had an urgent toilet issue and he responded immediately. Came to work on it within hours. Extremely satisfied with the advice he gave us on the issue and other projects. Definitely will be having him help us with other projects!
Ali and his team were very prompt to attend to my plumbing reinstall after another plumber was suggesting it was an overly complicated job. Ali explained everything as he worked (my preference) and shed light on simplicity of the reinstalling of the garbage disposal, new faucet and dishwasher connection due to a new sink and countertop installation. I would use him again.
Great plumber. Will use him in the future
Great service from start to finish. Arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. Fair pricing and very professional. Highly recommend
Great service. These dudes were out here within 24 hours, consulted with me about the work and put together a great custom solution. Highly recommended.
Outstanding work and experience! Ali and his crew arrived on time and helped to get my frozen water pipes fixed quickly! Truly outstanding experience. I am grateful for Ali's service and I highly recommend!
Fidan and Ali are a great team. Fidan arrived shortly after we contacted them and fixed our clogged kitchen sink. Fidan & Ali came back the next day to replace 2 leaky pipes. They suggested a weekly maintenance product to help keep the drain clean. Problem solved efficiently and professionally!
