I really like the quality of work these fellows have done installing a new gas furnace and AC unit. Conditioning unit is twice the size of old one making for a more comfortable summer. Would hire again, but not too soon.
I had a great experience getting a mini-split installed in my garage. The work was prompt, efficient, and professional.
great crew and great price for what I needed would highly this company for hvac they were fantistic.
Great communication. The installation crew was fantastic. It was a great experience doing business with Reliable. I would highly recommend them.
Patrick wrote back to me in less than 5 minutes (bear in mind it was close to 10p), and he was on-site to perform work before 9a. He patient sat in my crawl space (26 degrees) over 1 hour, troubleshooting to properly diagnose the problem. Once identified, he called to advise of the issue and gave helpful tips to avoid future issues. He promised a return call within one hour with a quote. He delivered. Problem solved, heat working before 1p. We're very thankful and satisfied.
Wonderful experience. The heat went out the day after Thanksgiving, and it was difficult finding someone. I'm glad I called Patrick and Reliable HVAC Services. He was responsive and provided excellent communication and service. I would definitely recommend them.
I reached out and received a response within minutes. All of my questions were promptly answered and I got an appointment on the SAME DAY! Patrick was super nice, made me feel valued and made sure everything was taken care of. Job completed: New HVAC, duct work, thermostat and vapor barrier. I'll be using them for the split system in the attic as well!! A+++++
Patrick and his crew were prompt, professional and communicative during the whole process. I feel very confident in the work done and appreciate the connection he made with my family and I during the job. I plan on using Reliable HVAC Services for any future HVAC maintenance or questions
Very professional & do good work. Very recommended.
Reliable HVAC came out to assess my AC unit and was able to find a filter that we didn’t know was there, and potentially saved us a lot money. Will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend!

Reliable HVAC is phenomenal! I reached out to Patrick about an upstairs unit that finally gave out and in dire need of replacement - not only did Patrick come out quickly to quote the system we needed, he also came out within a few days to install the new unit! I was so pleased with his willingness to fit us into his schedule : ) Patrick and Vaughn were professional and communicative about the process while at our home. It’s so wonderful to have a company with such expertise to rely on. I recommend them highly!
Replacement thermostat, Could not be happier with Vaughn's work. Exceeded expectations. FINALLY, someone we feel we can trust.
