Originally I requested quote from Reno for labor only work of installations of new laminated floors. He came to my house with thorough inspections and also brought a sample of his LPV product. He provided me with the details of tech sheets. After my own research with assistance of AI, I found out that his product has very high quality and reasonable price. He completed works for the new floors and stairs on time and with high quality. He demonstrated professionalism throughout the project. Both my wife and I are very happy. It is highly recommended for anyone interested in new floors.
Reno Floors was a great choice for us! They were punctual, kind, and did quality work! We are planning on using the again for other projects. You will be happy with this company and the staff was a pleasure to work with!
Reno did a great job installing my laminate flooring. After I submitted a quote request through Thumbtack, he responded within minutes and was very professional. He asked the right questions and provided a fair quote the same day. Communication was excellent, he confirmed the appointment the night before and texted the morning of to let me know he was on the way. The finished flooring looks amazing! Plus, the quality of the work is clear. I would definitely recommend Reno and will be calling him again for future flooring projects!
Reno flooring was excellent. From start to finish communication was clear and honest. The quality of work was above and beyond. I will definitely be using Reno flooring again.
I would give 5 stars to all 5 sections! I was very happy start to finish. Reno flooring was very helpful very step of the way. I went from renters nightmare that ripped the carpet out of my house to a very happy camper with a whole house reflooring job! Hopefully I don’t need flooring again, but if so I would definitely reach out to Reno flooring first!
I was completely impressed with Reno Floors, their professionalism, customer service, quality of work, communication with me, exceeding my expectations. Thank you for going above and beyond to get the job done. I will be using Reno Floors again and highly recommend them.
Reno Floors was quick to respond to my inquiry, explained all the nuances regarding the flooring (e.g., baseboards, transitions, furniture moving, etc) so I understood what was involved and determine what I wanted to do. Material selection was good. Had my flooring installed (2 bedrooms) in a day moving all the heavy furniture. Floors really look nice. Will definitely contact Reno Floors when ready to do the other two bedrooms. I got the Cafe au laite.
I had an outstanding experience with Reno. They responded to my Thumbtack request almost immediately and were extremely up-front and professional from the start. I had water damaged wood flooring that need replaced and they arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and managed to remove my old floors and install brand-new ones all in the same day. Their punctuality and attention to detail really stood out. The floors look fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free and affordable! Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough great things about Reno and his team! This is the third contractor we’ve hired for different projects, and he’s by far the best. He showed up every single day on time, worked diligently from 9 to 5, and completed the entire project in just 10 days. The team cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and maintained excellent communication throughout—keeping me updated on every step and any hiccup along the way. Reno was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know. 10000% recommend—hire Reno, you won’t regret it!
