My project with Renovate 512 was to build an oversized garage with attached office and workshop. I met with James and was impressed with his straight-forward approach and professionalism and so we embarked on this adventure together. The time frame was estimated to be about 3 months, but not so. For those of you who have never done extensive remodeling or new construction, beware…no matter how well planned, something always pops up. This was my 4th project and so I expected a bump or two along the way. What can I say, we bumped, but through all the twists, turns, and bumps, James had my back. He fought to keep this project moving forward, even when outside forces were not on board. He promised he would see it through to the end and to my satisfaction. He kept his promise. I have had my fair share of contractors who walk when things don’t go smoothly or when I get fussy (polite wording here), but not James. I also must give a shout out to his office team lead by Trista. They were always responsive and polite (and believe me I could make a saint cry!). My appreciation goes out to you and your staff. Finally, once again, I want to thank you, James, for sticking with me and easing my frustrations and worries. If I am ever crazy enough to do something like this again, I will be calling.

James and his team were really great to work with. In the beginning they worked with us on maximizing what we wanted from our backyard within our budget. When it came time to get started Ruben was the lead on our project. Ruben and his crew were awesome! They were reliable, communicative, and paid great attention to detail to make sure everything was constructed exactly as we wanted. We would 100% work with Renovate 512 again for our next outdoor project.
James and Ruben with Renovate 512 were AWESOME to work with. They installed two decomposed granite patio areas in our backyard. We wanted a rustic, natural feeling yard, so we looked for an alternative to concrete. The decomposed granite was a perfect fit for us. They got the job done in 2 days, and left no trace of a mess. Very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend to anyone else!
Ruben and his crew did an excellent job renovating my entire yard which was in bad shape before they got started.
Renovate 512 did a great job on the gravel paths around our raised beds. They also put in irrigation for the beds. I am very happy with the results. Great communication and clean up!
We recently hired Renovate 512 to complete several landscaping projects at our home, including masonry around a front yard flower bed, a gravel path next to our driveway, a poured concrete retaining wall in the backyard, and the installation of new St. Augustine sod. They were prompt in responding to our questions, adhered to the agreed timeline.
Had a great experience with this company! They removed a dead tree from our yard and planted a new one—all in one visit. Super professional, quick, and friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Working with Renovate 512 was great! The only thing I'd do differently is better document the scope of the work at the beginning, rather than re-verify it at the end. They did high quality, prompt work, and I thought the price they did it at was excellent. Thank you Renovate 512!
James and Troy were incredible to work with. They redid our backyard with a putting green, turf and new xeriscaping along with refreshing our plants and adding new trees. They were consistently on time and responsive to any questions or changes to the plan. They were transparent and flexible with us as the project went on. We are so happy with the final product and would recommend them to anyone!
Renovate 512 was a pleasure to work with. James and his team was timely, efficient, communicated well, and did a beautiful job. I explained to James exactly what I wanted and they created a stunning landscape for us enjoy from our pool. We would be happy to work with them again.
I recently hired Rennovate 512 for a complete backyard renovation and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They built a stunning pergola, a spacious patio, attractive trellises, and clean edging. The transformation is incredible! James, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, communicative, and truly committed to staying within my budget. The team were all hard workers and clearly skilled in their craft. I highly recommend Rennovate 512 for any backyard project – they exceeded my expectations!
We recently used Renovate 512 for several home projects, both indoors and outdoors. We can’t say enough good things about their work and the way they handled things. James came out within a day of us contacting him. He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, very fast to respond and get his workers out to begin the work. The work was completed quicker than estimated. The work included repairing cracks to the limestone blocks on the exterior of the house. They matched the mortar exactly and it all looks brand new. They also did major repairs to an exterior door, fixed an interior door, replaced floor trim around flooring and several other jobs. We can’t say enough good things about Juan, who did much of the work and Renovate 512. They will be our first call for future projects. Great company!
James Roberson, owner of Renovate 512, is truly one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He was always available to answer questions and give advice. He returned phone calls and texts promptly. His team did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. They did everything we wanted at a price MUCH lower than the other 3 bids we received. Friendly people who do an excellent job at an excellent price, what more could you ask?
Had this company do a renovation for me and they did an excellent job. I can't recommend them enough. Trustworthy, reliable, personable, professional
I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Renovate 512. James and his team helped turn a project that I had been dreaming about for months into a reality, and they completed the project faster than promised. I've worked with a few contractors over the years, and this was definitely the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've had. Will definitely reach out to James and his team again for future projects!
James was wonderful to work with! He was super helpful, very professional and his communication throughout our project was impressive! He redid our entire backyard very quickly and it’s absolutely beautiful! We are very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend Renovate 512 and would love to work with James again!
Great experience.
