They are very quick to respond and deliver quality work
Company started out very knowledgeable and responsive but quickly turned into a nightmare when they demolished our construction site and then ghosted us. Attempts were made every day to get a firm date to complete the work with little success and they came up with every excuse in the book for why they could not return to finish the job. If a company signs a contract stating they will complete a task within a certain period of time then that is what they should be held to. Do not recommend this company for any future projects.

Show up. Reply to calls, texts or messages. No showed a scheduled appt, no call or text so tenants were inconvenienced. No reply to follow-up requests. Just cancel or state job doesn’t match your interests.
Showed up 90 minutes late. Refused to bid for the job we invited them to look at. Instead told us we needed to let them “look around” to find work they want to do.
Ghosted me after… cancelling first estimate meeting 15 minutes before the meeting on a Sunday. Very difficult scheduling the next meeting and they got the time wrong. Ghosted me after the second meeting. Reached out to the scheduling person who said they would get back to me. Haven’t heard from them in over a week. Poor communication and doesn’t seem like they care about providing a decent service. Avoid if you value your time and sanity or care about getting your project done in a reasonable amount of time.
I haven’t officially hired this company yet, but I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism so far. I reached out with a very time-sensitive matter, and they responded incredibly fast, which honestly means the world when you’re trying to coordinate business projects and timelines. Even just from the communication alone, I can already tell they care about their clients and take their work seriously. Thank you again for being so prompt, kind, and helpful during the process — it truly did not go unnoticed.
They repaired my deck to my satisfaction but, when I needed a form filled out to prove payment for my mortgage company home improvement line of credit, Renovate Buiders has been unresponsive. I am met with voice mails that are not returned.

Was very during the process. We have a beautiful new staircase.
The work was finished before we were to start. They did very nice work. My porches needed so much help, one was a deathtrap and now I have not only functional porches but they look great with the house. I will use them again for other projects. Thanks guys. There are lots of screw holes with jagged bits, missing a stringer on one of the stair cases, and a broken board used.
