Reviews
Richard did an excellent job making some repairs to our doors and installing window screens. Very thorough and professional job. Would recommend him!
Richard had great Ideas and was very professional. His communication was wonderful. His knowledge was much appreciated.
Richard came and fixed a degraded baseboard yuck fiber board with pine! The finished result is a huge upgrade! He was professional efficient and I will definitely be calling for additional help!
After hiring Richard and setting expectations for my kitchen and bathroom remodel, I didn’t feel it was going in the direction that we wanted. We coached and told what the expectations were. Richard understood what needed to be done. I don’t think it was done on an order that would make sense for a customer or a professional that has done this for many years. Richard did perform tasks to be completed but out of order from what needed the project to be done. We did have to resolve our partnership with Richard based on the work not going in the direction we wanted. Only to find out from other professionals that it was not done correctly for the shower pan and the electrical run. There is a craftsman’s issue with the bathroom floor tile in which there is larger gaps and leveling that is beyond the cost that I paid for. The electrical work that was paid for was way overpriced and done incorrectly to code. I am giving an honest review based on my work done by Richard for the work that was promised to be done professionally.
Richard has done a great work helping out home get better with lot of projects. He is willing to go the extra mile.
Richard is very professional and a great communicator. He was very responsive. Very knowledgeable, patient and I was able to ask questions until I felt comfortable. He is very transparent with all he does.
