I'd select Punctuality and Responsiveness too if you'd let me. Andrew was fantastic. He was on site and supported our event from end to end. The quality of the production was excellent. He even offered some suggestions on how we can improve our pre-work with presenters to improve their use of microphones and technology. 100% would recommend.
