Our Bosch Refrigerator decided not to cool anymore. After making several phone calls to many different service repair services including Bosch which said it would take three weeks to send someone out, I decided to contact Frank of Repair Factor. Frank came out to my home, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part online and had our refrigerator up & running in one day. He was very professional, upfront with his pricing and most of all he knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have another problem with any of my appliances I will definitely give Repair Factor a call. Thanks Frank.

Non responsive m, unprofessional, uncurteous person. Charged $94.90 for a 10 minute diagnostic work only to stop responding after getting the money. Stay away from him!!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have time today! Please watch this man when work is being completed. It’s $89 for them to diagnose the problem. Which is not a problem. It took him 5mins to figure out the problem. I reviewed the problem with him. He stated it was the starter, but kept pointing to the compressor of the fridge. As a woman and non labor worker, I took his word and believed it was the big object that he was pointing at. The price was $329+ taxes. I assumed that was a fair price because he was pointing to the big object ( which was the compressor). He finished in 5 minutes, and I checked behind him and asked him again which item did he replace. It was a little piece, which was the starter. The object he never pointed to. So I did further research and seen that the job can be done from as little as $50. I asked him to remove the piece, and I’ll just pay him for the diagnostic fee. He became upset, and stated aggressively I should’ve told him that from the beginning before he wasted his time. I informed him of my job title, and his attitude completely changed. I informed him that I looked up the price for the part and it was $10- $15, it took him 5 mins to complete the task. His price was unfair! He stated that he has a whirlpool piece ($15) in there, and that it’s $220 for him to work on whirlpool appliance. The price still did not add up. I should’ve just waited for my husband to come home!
Guys came on time fixed the issue quickly now my stove is working.
Frank is the kind of Repairman I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable of his Trade and we’ll definitely refer him and use him in the future. Our Frididaire Imperial is from 1963.
