Wanted to warn anyone looking to use this company’s services to be aware of their unethical and greedy this company is. I had an engineer come out and evaluate if a wall was load bearing or not. The engineer was great, the supporting office staff was not! I was indecisive on which follow up service I wanted (letter vs. a full plan to pull a permit). The office manager (who is rude) gave me my options, and I told her I needed to think about what I needed. She said fine, not mentioning I need to make a decision within a week(?). I called back to request a letter and was told they can no longer helpp
We highly recommend this company. They were honest, helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. Erin made scheduling simple and smooth, and Anthony was thorough, knowledgeable and very transparent with us. We truly appreciated their professionalism and support.
