Such a great experience with this company. He said they would arrive between 9 and 10am the following morning and they DID!! Booties on boots BEFORE entering the house. Thorough consultation and provided recommendation for next steps. Did I mention the consultation was FREE?? I would have paid for it because it was JUST THAT GOOD!! Amazing company with amazing people doing amazing work! The RESCO team came first thing the next morning to start mitigating our water damage. Later, after they were done with their work, the insurance adjuster came and kept complimenting their work quality and attention to detail. They approved the full estimate on the spot. So, if you have damage and need it remediated, then I highly recommend RESCO.

Luke was fantastic. I had a very difficult situation with a bad houseguest who was an unclean, messy, destructive, etc., disaster who wouldn't leave for months and months. Finally got her out, had the place professionally cleaned and Luke came in at the end and did an amazing job of cleaning the carpets (pet messes and all) and steamed the tile floors. It saved me thousands by not having to replace the carpets right away. Thank you Luke, I'd hire you again in a minute.

It’s been a month since the cleaning of our carpet in our small hallway. Stains are already returning. Charged me $195 total for the hall way with the upgraded unit. In my opinion, that’s pretty pricy for stains to already be returning.
Luke is friendly, professional and did a great job! We had pets and few stains he took care off. Carpet looks new again! Highly recommend Resco carpets.
