Recom Restoration was wonderful! They gave us their professional and honest opinion about the work that needed to be done in our home. They didn’t try to price gauge us or do I necessary work just to make an extra $. They were punctual, responsive, kind, and worked quick to do the job while ensuring it was done right. We’ll absolutely hire Resom Restoration for any future needs!
They haven't finished yet due to more issues found. But so far, so good
From start to finish, the entire experience was one of the best my husband and I have ever had with a business. First, responsiveness to our request for help was super fast, efficient, and thorough and they made it happen to come out quickly on our timetable. Rescom explained the identified problems and pros/cons of solutions so that my husband and I could quickly and collectively decide on the right next best steps for us. Their depth of expertise outshone any other business we talked to but it was their clear passion, professionalism, and care that made, what we thought would be a headache, instead a truly outstanding experience. We cannot thank your team enough for taking such good care of us!
Thank you Jason for helping us with our attic mold situation. Knowledgable. Communicative. Helpful. Super appreciate it!
Highly recommend their service! We had moisture damage from an unknown source. They were able to restore and remediate within a reasonable timeframe. They also determined where the water was entering the walls and took steps to prevent future damage. With the exception of a few communication hiccups, all employees were very communicative throughout the process. They also replaced our 'past its prime' toilet as part of the rebuild which we greatly appreciate!
Overall incredible experience. Quick and courteous response fast service and the team that showed were incredibly professional. A+
Jason and his team were incredible! Working with them was so easy and quick! Their work was so thorough, so clean and they took the time to explain every part of the service. Working with Rescom was such a positive experience. So professional and kind!
Approved the bid to build 100 feet of cedar fence on Wednesday and the job was completed on Friday. Very responsive, reasonable price and nice job.
These guys do an amazing job. The house was spotless. The pricing is also pretty fair.
They were on time, diligent, and did everything they agreed to. No hesitation to use them again, and I give you my recommendation that you won't be dissatisfied.
Very expensive and slow...did not finish projects discussed in bid.
