We have worked with numerous families that are frustrated due to their situation that has to do with mold. This place seems great until you don't get to the door in time! I've never heard such unnecessary rage and frothing at the mouth anger in my life. Im a cancer patient and they knew I was injured but flipped out when I didn't hear my door immediately. The gentleman acted as though I was playing some sort of game. He called and screamed at me and cancelled on the phone through my door ( which woke up and terrified my daughter) Anger management is sorely needed.
Dean was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. From the office to the field work, they were exceptional. They addressed my concerns and tested for mold while explaining the process. They looked for the best area to test. We're polite and let me know if I had any questions about the names or types of mold the office would help. And sure enough they answered all my questions about the names I couldn't pronounce. Awesome quality service.
I had the company out for just an estimate, thankfully they let me know my situation is extremely minor, not a health risk, and something I can do on my own to take care of. I appreciated the honesty and will refer the company to others who have mold problems.
As a Realtor, it is important to have contractors that are professional, dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and provide good service. Residential Mold Services are all these things. Prior to the work being done, I was given a detailed proposal of the the work to be done, which I then signed and agreed to. When the work was completed, the numbers did not change. The contractors described the scope of the work that was completed in detail to me in an honest and transparent fashion. This company did an excellent job! Crawl space was treated for pests, mold, and a vapor barrier was installed at an excellent price. Work was completed the same day, so no one was inconvenienced. Pricing was quite reasonable. Drew, Karen, and Jessop were wonderful to work with. Warranty certificates for the work that was done provided. Given the fact that other Real Estate companies such as FC Tucker endorses RMS, just reinforces my opinion that this is definitely a company to consider when having this type of work done.
