This was my second time hiring them, and they did an excellent job recaulking our shower. There was a small hiccup getting in touch this time—my message went unseen for a while—but they resolved it as soon as they found it. They took care to clean the area before removing the old, moldy caulking and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The shower looks great, and I’d happily hire them again.
1st things 1st, I want to thank Charlie, Carlos and the whole team for helping me throughout this whole ordeal. They really guided me through everything from start to finish with the water damage in my house. From the initial inspection, dealing with insurance, demo, mitigation, me helping out with ideas for materials to be use, and reno....I was a part of it all. Charlie and I communicated pretty much everyday during this project. He kept me informed about everything and anything happening. He was very transparent with me about letting me know what works and what wouldn't and we find a way to get it done the right way. The whole crew did top notched work in my house...from mitigation, plumbing, renovation, Im glad I chose them! Marcio, Luis, Delio, Lazar, and im probably forgetting some of the crews names, but these guys got it done the right way and the way I wanted it to be. I made the right decision and have no regrets at all cause every single person in the crew are honest and no BS. Like I said, im there the whole time while they're doing the work in my house and have no complaints from start to finish. We hired Restoration Pro LLC (Carlos) for water mitigation and repairs after a toilet overflow. The initial written estimate was about $10,000, already roughly $1,500 higher than a competing quote I had in hand. I was upfront that I wanted to pay out of pocket and stay under a set budget because I'd already filed a claim earlier in the year and didn't want my premium to jump. Carlos convinced me to let him "work with" my insurance instead, assuring me repeatedly there'd be no issues and the cost would stay close to the original quote. Once mitigation started, their project manager Charlie never flagged that costs were climbing as walls came down and the scope was assessed. I only found out after the fact. Before repairs began, I asked for quotes from two other licensed contractors for the drywall/repair portion: $3,000–$3,500. Restoration Pro's own repair line in the original estimate was already higher, at $4,500, and I told Carlos directly I wouldn't use them for the repair phase because of the price. He called and talked me back into it with more reassurances. After the work was done and Carlos had handled the insurance conversations directly, I was told the final numbers: $18,000 for mitigation and $13,000 for repairs: a whopping $31,000 total, roughly triple the original quote, for what was a 2–3 gallon overflow with no floor replacement needed other than the bathroom floors. I never got a heads-up or a chance to approve the increases before they happened. The amount of drying equipment they brought in also seemed excessive. They'll tell you it's "standard protocol" for water damage, but for a small, quickly-reported leak that never even flooded my floor, it felt like the scope reported to insurance was inflated well beyond what the actual damage warranted. This was on me for trusting the process without pushing back. My advice: request pricing phase-by-phase, after the walls come down, ask exactly how many dryers/air movers they plan to use and get a firm number before they proceed, not after. Don't let them set the scope and bill you after the fact. I'm now bracing for a significant premium increase as a result of how this was billed.
They followed up immediately and came out the next morning to see the issue. Turns out it was not a huge mold problem, so he gave me advice on what to do. Trustworthy & very clear communication.
We had a wonderful Customer service experience with Carlos. He was very honest, and you could tell he has a lot of integrity. Carlos cared about his work and his clients. We would definitely recommend him and use them again.

I got my water heater replaced. Great work by professionals. The owner was very responsive on text messages. The brought new heater, and hauled away old one. The technician did a good job. Unlike others, they waited for a day to see any leaks, confirmed there were non and then billed me. Will definitely hire again.
