Reviews
“I work in property management, and have directly used well over a dozen mitigation/restoration companies over the years, and interacted with many more through HOA-run responses on condo/multi-family insurance claims.I used Restoration Pro NW on my last (4) jobs, all for water damage, and they were great to work with. Their estimates were reasonable, and I didn't get any push back from insurance, which is so important for keeping the process moving forward. They went above and beyond on the last job, making arrangements to temporarily relocate a water heater during mitigation, which kept the tenant in the home, sparing them frustration and inconvenience, while saving the home owner and their insurance company money. Solving that problem so quickly made a big difference for everyone involved.”
