Revive is a private, concierge yoga and mobility service offering personalized sessions in your home or workplace. Each session is designed to help you move better, reduce pain and tension, and support long-term physical health—without the overwhelm of a traditional studio setting. Clients come to Revive for focused, one-on-one support. Sessions are designed to build strength, improve mobility, manage stress, and create space to feel more at ease. Sessions may include yoga, mobility training, assisted stretch, and breathwork, tailored in real time. I am an E-RYT 500 and YACEP with thousands of hours of teaching experience, offering a calm, attentive approach centered on consistency, discretion, and results. Revive works with a limited number of clients. Sessions are by request.
