Where do I start? Ron has been the most amazing person to work with so gentle so kind. He really really knows what he’s doing. He is always there to respond to any questions you have or any concerns you have he really made the most special day of my life very special, he didn’t miss a beat. My family absolutely loved him and if I could redo my wedding, Ron would be the only person I would want there to take pictures. He’s also very wonderful with videography so you get a two for one again I just want to thank Ron for all the love that he has given us on our special day .

Ron converted some irreplaceable, never-seen memories from camcorder tapes over to flash drives for me. These tapes were over 20 years old! He was extremely professional and kept in touch with me via email or text the entire time. I received them by christmas, and very pleased with the quality, and his pricing was great. Ron was wonderful! One of the VHS tapes recorded were a little fuzzy and he communicated that right away! I needed the digital copy’s on a certain date and Ron was willing to look at the lowest shipping rates to get that done for me. In that time the package was delayed and Ron managed to figure out a way for me to get them. I 100% would recommend! I had the best experience and will be coming back for future needs!

This review cannot express how pleased we were with RGPhotoandVideo. Ron and Ginny were ABSOLUTELY amazing; they totally went over & above. Thumbtack only allowed us to pick 3 descriptors; would have easily selected all 5 words. Ron’s communication was great; walked me through every step. He even reminded me of the 7 day countdown before I realized we were a week out. The professionalism and quality of work surpassed our expectations. They captured shots we forgot about on wedding day. We added the streaming service too. It allowed family and friends the ability to share this special moment. Oh I should mention the cost was very reasonable. There were no unhidden fees or anything. Also, picture turn around time was awesome…. It’s rare to have wedding pictures returned the same week. On Dec 5th, I’m writing a review from a Dec 1st evening wedding. My new husband and I 😍 would HANDS DOWN recommend RGPhotoandVideo for any photo/video/streaming projects. We had many to choose from but wanted to add some precious moments captured that day. After viewing the finished product, we are now adding on services to have DVD’s created. We are now repeat customer! That’s a testament on how much we loved the pictures. P.s. Military folks, I gave husband a “shave chit”….. He has served our country and I wanted him to be free. 😊

Ron Greenberg’s team gave excellent service! There was a quick response to my inquiry, great communication, a reasonable price, a good explanation of options, very quick turnaround, an excellent result: Exactly what I had hoped for but didn’t expect to come so easily. They were able to digitize well old VHS tapes that had been made more than 30 years ago which came originally from 8-mm movies going back to the 1950s. They were valuable to me and my family. As rarely am I satisfied by service today, I’m happy to give the highest quality review.

Ron was more than i could have imagined. I actually hired his for two events and will use him whenever I am in the Tampa area.
