Great experience with RGV
Two professionals came to our home to access our mold situation. They were not just friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the process with care, they were always honest and efficient. They tested for mold and we got the results quickly also. I recommended they professionally remove it to the homeowner, and she had them come back- they did an incredible job! They cleaned up after themselves which I highly appreciated, they cared about contamination and covered everything, and the herbal thyme solution smelled incredible! I love these guys! Fantastic work, team!
Alfonso responded very quickly, seemed knowledgeable about the problem and the work was completed within a few days.
I can’t say enough about this team. We discovered the water damage from my dishwasher fairly quickly. (It didn’t spread past the kitchen to other floors) But it had to be fixed quickly before the water spread to more cabinets and further out into the wood floors. RGV Solutions understood that and they had a team on the project same day. They carefully analyzed how much damage we actually had and carefully removed the water soaked pieces. Best, they didn’t just replace all the cabinets (which would have cost a fortune). After the drying process, they cut the damage out and repaired everything. They even did their best to match the floorboards, which have a random color pattern, so that nobody would notice the seams. Our kitchen looks as good as it did before the leak. Their teams were scheduled so there was no downtime. I wasn’t waiting for days without work being done. The process could not have been faster or smoother. I HIGHLY recommend this group of people. They eased my anxiety and proceeded with efficiency. (Best, the price was competitive and on the low end of the bids we got.) I hope I never have to use them again, but if I have another leak, they will be the only people I call. Thank you.
Wow! Flipper here and needed mold remediation done ASAP! RGV Solutions stepped up and stood out taking care of our needs. Alfonso is very professional has great customer service and has great knowledge of mold and remediation. The lead techs, Juan and Alex know exactly what the game plan is and execute it to the T! When the job was completed we were gratefully surprised! Quality work, great service at a fair price! A+
