I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Not only was the pest control issue not resolved, but my oven door was also damaged during the service visit. One of my tenants reported seeing a mouse in their room on the third floor. This seemed unusual because pest control is already provided through my HOA, but I wanted to have someone inspect the property as soon as possible. Andrew came out on Monday and told me he found a hole behind the oven and patched it. However, based on the pictures he sent me, I seriously questioned what work was actually completed. He also told me he was confident he knew what the issue was and would return within a week to follow up. That never happened. Within three days, another tenant reported seeing a mouse in their room on the second floor. I immediately contacted Andrew and asked when he could return to address the problem. His response was that he was busy and might be able to come Saturday, which was four days later. He never came. I gave this company an opportunity because, as a business owner myself, I understand the importance of supporting other businesses and allowing someone the opportunity to correct an issue. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I ultimately reported the situation to Thumbtack, and they issued me a refund. Based on this experience, I highly recommend paying by credit card or directly through Thumbtack when hiring service providers so that you have some protection if the service is not completed as promised. Overall, I was highly disappointed. They were very quick to come out initially, but the follow-up, customer service, and quality of work were extremely poor.

Anthony was fantastic - he was responsive, communicated consistently and clearly, and overall did a great job. We had gotten a really expensive original quote for termite treatment from another company, so I reached out to Anthony on a whim and he immediately gave me quote over the phone that was far more affordable and covered all the same issues. He was quick to schedule an appointment, showed up early, and spotted a few more bug problems before he treated the whole house. He did everything we asked and even treated a few surprise wasp nests for no extra cost. I would absolutely recommend Anthony for any pest control needs!
I got this guy to take care of the German roaches and paid him the full fees of $325. He told me he would do fog and spray the cracks and come back again to do the spray. The service performed didn’t fix the issue. He then made up some story about termite in my crawl space and wanted me to pay for it. Didn’t come back although I sent him various messages. Very unprofessional and just waste of money and time.

After paying in full for Anthony's services per his request before he arrived re: my wife and my mouse in the house issue (investigating the issue and performing a few preventative items on day 1, then returning a week later to determine whether the items were successful and whether further/other measures were necessary), and him confirming what he did after he left (I was at work) I never heard back from him. He didn't respond to my texts to confirm the next week's plan - even though one included my telling him I'd trapped another mouse in the spot. Disappointed isn't the word - he presented as a stand up guy and was very communicative initially.
I heard noises in my dining room and was scared by them. Anthony responded immediately to my request and was here within an hour. He knew right away what to look for, and proceeded to remedy the situation. Rhodes Pest Control really put me at ease with professionalism, speed, technical knowledge and follow through. Highly recommend!

Don't pay for the two spray. Was nice and knowledgeable the first time but never called. What kind of business asks their customers to remind them to complete a service that was already paid for. That's after bailing on on 10/1. First spray was 9/6 and 2nd was supposed to be 14 days after. Save your money.

This company is the truth! He is extremely honest and upfront. He’s not out there trying to get sales, he’s more interested in building relationships with his customers and it truly shows! We contacted him on Wednesday. By Thursday morning we were scheduled for Saturday morning (Bc we work he couldn’t come sooner or he would) he was extremely informative during the entire process (as was his wife when she called to finalize the scheduling) and even gave us tips and tricks to handle our pests issues on our own!! Hands down the best company I’ve hired for any project in our home! Thank y’all so much
