I would not recommend this company. I hired them to change the sand in my pool filter, and after they completed the job, my filter developed a crack that was never there before. It now sprays water everywhere and creates a large puddle around the drain assembly. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to come back and inspect the damage. The most frustrating part was their response. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, I was told to go to Home Depot and fix it myself because it was “an easy fix.” That’s not acceptable customer service, especially when the damage appeared immediately after they worked on my equipment. Whether there was a minor drip before is irrelevant. The issue now is that my filter has a crack and is leaking extensively, something that did not exist before they performed the sand change. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, but they declined. It’s not like me to write reviews , especially bad ones, but I’m so upset that they wouldn’t even come look. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work and values customer service, I would look elsewhere. I

I would not use this service, paid them $340 to be close to 3 hours late, damaged my wall note way out, then dropping the furniture at the drop off location only to have the reserving person to move the sofa in and the mover held the door because you DROPPED THE FURNITURE! I would not recommend this service at all!
