The tech from Richard's Appliances could not have been more helpful. He knew exactly what was wrong before he even stepped through my front door. He already had the part ready to go, showed me what had happened, and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. The last time this happened, the dishwasher was under warranty and the company took upwards of 6-8 weeks to figure it out, order the part and fix it. While I would not buy this particular dishwasher again, while I've got it ... I highly recommend Richards.
From first contact to the service call Richard’s Appliance was responsive and professional. I highly recommend! The service call was fairly priced and if I had needed work done, the service call price would have been applied to the repair cost. I can’t ask for more!
