Rick provided the perfect music for our outdoor dinner party. He played and sang - I saw several guests singing along! Many guests complimented his talent. I loved his guitar and voice, selection of songs. He saw we were not finishing the party on time and he kept playing without interruption or demands. I Highly recommend Rick and will call on him again myself!

Hi, everyone! My name is Rick Vaught, and I am a solo acoustic guitarist and singer based in Parker, Colorado. I have been performing for over 40 years in a wide variety of styles and currently travel throughout the southwestern United States performing in a variety of venues including festivals, fairs, corporate events, private parties, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, art galleries and country clubs. I am a seasoned musician and cover a mixture of classic rock, country and folk from the last seven decades. I would love to be a part of your next event. Rick Vaught Music was perfect for our event! Rick responded promptly to our last-minute request, and coordinated with us to provide music selections that were perfect for the audience. When our event ran late, Rick chose to stay late so the event could have music as everyone departed. As an unexpected bonus, Rick includes tasteful pedal effects with his performance. This allows him to add in sweet, unobtrusive harmonies while singing. 10/10, would recommend. We're hoping to hire Rick again for our next events.
Rick took part of my proposal idea for my now fiancé! I found him on Thumbtack after reviewing a few people he was a great fit for what songs I had planned. I put Rick to the test, with a 7am sunrise proposal. He was more than on time, communicates very well and made our special day perfect. Can’t thank Rick enough! He had my fiancé in tears with a perfect rendition of Stand By Me! It was a certain yes! I would definitely recommend Rick for any events you have planned!
