There needs to be more stars for guys like this. True honorable professional. Told me he would be here at the time he said he would. Honored the price he said over the phone when I sent him pictures. Let's not talk about the work. Exceptional!!!!!!! Gonna use him for all my projects I have coming up. Rick is a class act. 10 stars!!!! Forget the work aspect. This guy is a great guy. We needed our remotes for windows blinds programmed. Rick was very responsive and came right over. His work quality and knowledge was outstanding. He studied the problem quickly and immediately began programming the remotes. His was professional, very knowledgeable and was very respectful of our home. I would give Rick 10 stars but 5 is the most they will allow. He certainly went above and beyond what we expected. We recommend him to everyone.

Unreliable and Untrustworthy: Avoid Ricke at All Costs! On February 3, 2024, I made a mistake by trusting Ricke with a $700 deposit to upgrade my basement bar. Despite numerous promises and projected completion dates, Ricke failed to show up and perform the work. When I requested a refund on March 14, Ricke continued to ignore me and promised to return my money but never followed through. Over a Month of Delays and Excuses Rick has intentionally neglected to pay back the advance for more than a month, causing a great deal of inconvenience. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, Rick has been unresponsive and has failed to provide a satisfactory solution. Evidence of Unlawful Withholding of Payment I have evidence, including screenshots, of Ricke's unlawful withholding of $700. I am currently working with Thumback (Also going to Complaint to New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and file Claim in small claims court.) to get the refund of the advance payment. Do Not Trust Ricke! I strongly advise against working with Ricke, as their unreliable and untrustworthy behavior will only lead to frustration and financial loss. I needed my old mailbox removed, and new one installed. Rick was very responsive and professional. He showed up on time, and gave me a call prior to heading over. Him and his employees worked quickly, and were diligent. I would 100% recommend them. Old mail box is the natural wood, with black top. New one installed is the white post, with bronze top.
Rick was amazing and super efficient. I needed something done quickly and he got it done the same day I reached out to him and super quickly! I think he finished the job in 15 minutes not to mention he’s super pleasant. 10/10 recommend and glad I found him and will continue to count on him a I know I can now!
Rick made himself available within just a few days from my initial request, and completed the work (installation of a storm door) promptly after arriving on time. He did the work for a fair rate and helped walk us through a malfunction with the door’s handle.
