communicates will and takes care of the cargo
Rick did an wonderful job transporting my grandmothers piano into my home! Such a precious piano treated with great care. Thank you, Rick!!
Rick was the first to respond and met our needs of moving a piano down the street. He carefully wrapped it with a moving blanket and secured it on a dolly taking great care. Although the next bidder came lower, after reading Rick’s excellent reviews, I felt 100% confident we made the right choice and would use him in the future.
We were in a crunch and needed some support for a temporary move of a piano with less than a 24hr notice. Rick was responsive, provided options, worked w/in our budget and offered to return if we needed assistance moving it again at no additional charge. We will definitely be using his services again as we wind down our renovation. Thanks Rick & team! We appreciate you…
Great experience and very good with communication. We thank you :)
Rick was responsive, efficient, and professional. We were in a bind after Costco's delivery vender did not come through, and Rick came to the rescue! He helped us with furniture delivery and assembly. Top tier service!
Responded quickly and made time to fit me in last minute which was awesome! I needed a last minute move since I was heading out of town. Was nice and did a great job with moving a baby grand piano for me !
*MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING* PSA don’t let Rick damage your home or break your things! Rick moved my Peloton bike and treadmill upstairs last weekend and it was a complete disaster resulting in THOUSANDS of dollars in damage done to my house and workout equipment. By forcing the treadmill upstairs, he scratched the walls along the staircase, dented and broke off pieces the banister in several areas, split open areas of the stairwell and even scuffed our brand new floors. To top it off, now my treadmill makes a loud clacking noise, which Peloton has to come out to assess and repair. I gave Rick the opportunity to repair the damage to my home and treadmill. He told me he’d send “three guys” and we agreed on a date and time. As I went to confirm with him in the days leading up to our appointment, he was unresponsive. And as you can probably guess where this is going, he and his workers were a no show. No call. No nothing. I’ve included photos of some of the damage, including the scuff marks and scratches on my treadmill where most of the impact occurred. I’ve also added a screen grab of my messages with Rick where he ghosted me after promising to do the repairs. I ended up getting an estimate from a contractor to repair my stairwell (Peloton estimate is forthcoming) and it comes to $3950! I had read Rick’s positive reviews, but booking him was the worst decision I could have made. Rick is unprofessional and inexperienced, and I’m likely going to have to take him to small claims court to rectify the situation. Don’t fall into the same trap as I did. It’s been a total nightmare.
They moved the piano quickly and were very careful. They arrived as expected and were friendly and efficient.
Excellent.
Friendly timely and helpful
Rick was awesome. Great team. On time and excellent communication. I’d recommend Rick to everyone and will absolutely use Rick’s simple moving in the future!
Rick knows what he’s doing!! He was very punctual & I hired him at the last minute in a Sunday to move furniture from a garage to my loft apartment. He’s fast, efficient & knows what he’s doing. He’s a devoted family man & just a really nice professional who you’re happy to pay more for his great attitude!!! The pieces were heavy, but no worries, Rick’s 💪 Thanks Rick!!!
Rick helped me move a baby grand piano. He was professional, accommodating, and got the job done. It was rough at times, requiring some quick thinking and improvisation, but I’m happy with the service! Most of all, Rick brought value. He got the job done at the half the price I was getting quoted from other folks. Thank you!
Rick is the best he moved my vending machine with ease. He also communicated very well and came to my last minute rescue ;) with a great attitude willing to help. He was reasonable and reliable. Thank you so much you are a blessing and a life saver :)
