They can stop trying to skeeze people and do a FULL and COMPLETE job. Promised 3 cleaners for my 6 hr cleaning and was charge 500+!!!!!! I only had 2 cleaners that showed up and one was late. The other never came. I called about this poor service and they never tried to make it right. One of my rooms never got cleaned and others were touched very lightly. DO NOT ADVERTISE OR HIRE THIS COMPANY

I hired Ricos Cleaning through Thumbtack and paid almost $503 specifically for a deep cleaning and move-out cleaning. Unfortunately, the service I received did not come close to what was promised. I was told that two cleaners would be working approximately 6 hours each, around 12 labor hours total. Instead, they were at the house for only about 3 hours, and the final condition of the home made it very clear that the work was rushed. After they left, I found visible mop residue and streaks on the floors, marks and streaks on the kitchen countertop, the kitchen sink was not properly cleaned, windows and glass were still dirty, blinds and window areas were missed, and the shower floor was not thoroughly cleaned. These were only a few examples. The more I walked through the house, the more issues I continued to find. For almost $503, I expected a true deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, not a basic surface cleaning. I was already under a serious time crunch, which is exactly why I hired a professional cleaning company. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the house, taking pictures, documenting problems, and contacting the company about work that should have been completed properly the first time. I contacted them immediately and made it clear that the entire house needs to be properly cleaned again, not just a few photographed areas. Very disappointing experience based on the service provided for the price paid.

My interactions with Rico were very professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the “DEEP” cleaning that was done for my son’s return from deployment. On first glance everything might look clean, but spend the time to go through and do the glove test. I had to go over the main tile floors, areas around the toilet, clean the toilet bowl, clean the stove top and sink, swiffer under the sofa — you get the picture. I specifically asked for special attention to the dust because the apartment had been empty and a few dust bowls had passed through El Paso. I was told I was paying for a 4 hr job. The cleaner he sent was supposedly “done” in 2 hr. Make sure you get what you paid for. Even if it feels uncomfortable, do a thorough walkthrough and get any areas redone right then. Lesson learned. Pics show some of what I picked up with swiffer and wipes after “deep clean”. I thought that was a weird way to make a bed, but that was the least of my issues. You might want to even ask for a female cleaner — just my opinion. Rico did refund a very small amount. Considering what I paid for the DEEP clean, it definitely did not remove the sting from the poor job.
What a fantastic cleaning crew! They are very professional! David, the owner, is great, young, and driven. This company just started up and is doing fantastic! Mandy is the cleaner assigned to my home and did a phenomenal job! She is very particular and gets down and dirty with her cleaning!
Iris was amazing. She was very thorough in her cleaning and my house smells amazing. She loved on my German shepherds and was so patient with their neediness. Will absolutely use again!
Adam did an amazing job on our home! I live with my elderly parents and preteen daughter and I work full time. It's hard to keep up and we needed a reset. Our home is VERY cluttered! I will definitely use this place again soon and request Adam because he tirelessly provided quality work especially for such a big job and he surpassed my expectations of deep cleaning. It was a tough job and it was last minute so I'm glad I chose this place!
