Johnathan did a fabulous job again. If I could have, I would have chosen all of the positive qualities. Jonathan communicated when he was running slightly behind and diligently installed our in wall speaker sound system. He also installed two outlets for us(one in the ceiling and one in the closet) to help us create the most seamless appearance. Johnathan is also always courteous and kind. I would definitely continue to consider him for future work

I found Reddick's Geek Squad on Thumbtack after having a bad experience with a local installer I hired through word of mouth, that experience ended badly. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous about trying again. Jonathan was incredibly responsive from the start, showed up on time, and came prepared to work. He was friendly, professional, and walked me through his entire process while answering all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. He worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and made sure everything was done correctly. His pricing was more than fair, especially considering the quality of his work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Jonathan and Reddick's Geek Squad to anyone looking for TV mounting services, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I recently purchased a home that had no Ethernet wiring and wanted to add several drops. Jonathan took the time to survey the ENTIRE home and determine the best placements. After completing the drops, he verified the speeds and took the time to label each port. I also needed a doorbell installed with existing wiring, but at the last minute, I opted to use POE. He was very flexible and able to swap that out as well. I look forward to hiring in the future for our security cameras. Don't hesitate to reach out! The service lives up to the value!

Jonathan was very quick to respond, reasonably priced, and the quality of work was outstanding. He hung 2 TVs in our office conference room and 1 in our break room. We are all very satisfied with the results. He was very kind and made sure to clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Mr. Johnathan was very friendly and punctual. His prices are competitive. I requested a cable wall drop into one of my guest bedrooms however, he was unable to complete my request due to unpreparedness. The first day he was scheduled to work on the job he messaged 15 mins prior to arriving and asked if I could only pay in cash due to identity theft issues. My husband and I do not carry cash often so it was inconvenient to find out 15 mins before his arrival because it required one of us to go out and search for an ATM at 8am. After working on the job for about 2.5 hrs, Jonathan mentioned he needed to buy a “Flex Bit“ from Home Depot/Lowe’s. He was gone for 4 hours. He stated it took so long because different stores had different sizes (not the one he needed) or they didn’t have the item at all. Then after about another hour, Jonathan informs my husband he dropped his rod in the walls and needed something to grab it but the item needed was at his home which is a distance away. He also says the cable that he had wasn’t long enough. So he had to reschedule to complete the job 4 days later. 4 days later, Jonathan arrived promptly at 8am to finish the job. At 11am, he then tells my husband that he is having difficulty with completing because he’s never done a job with so many firewalls and his rod isn’t long enough. He tells us again that he needs to leave to buy extensions for his rod but the location is 2 hours away! Unfortunately we could no longer plan our days around Jonathan making trips to pick up/purchase supplies. We had to decline him attempting to finish our request. 4 days, missed hours, and a hole in our wall later we are now having to look for another contractor to finish the job.
