The house looked amazing and it was so appreciated!
It ok. She couldn’t finish the job.
Amber was awesome!
I requested a deep cleaning service for three bathrooms and a kitchen. What I received was barely a surface cleaning as there was trash left under the vanity sinks, the walls were not cleaned, and the drywall dust from a ceiling repair was STILL on the counter after the "cleaning ". The rooms did not smell any different, I have no idea what kind of products were used, but they did not even smell like cleaning products were used.I could go on but I really don't feel like typing. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. The owner did offer to send the person back at no charge, but I declined. Why bother if the areas weren't cleaned well the first time? I ended up doing the cleaning myself, which I probably should have done in the first place but I was trying to save time to focus on the other things that need to be done before move in. If you're looking for a deep clean move in cleaning service company, save your money and use another company.
I truly appreciated that customer service was a priority. From the beginning of the process to the cleaning, they really cared about providing quality cleaning above everything else.
