They were fine up until my tv pedestal and my desk that I use for work were both accidently broken. I know it was an accident, but it's still very upsetting. I'm not sure really what went wrong, but it was very unfortunate.
Right On Time communicated very quickly and explained in detail what was going to be done and gave a quote immediately. They made a very stressful situation for me (wondering if all my belongings from the storage unit would fit in the POD) seem very uncomplicated. They backed into our mailbox and had no intention of telling us-luckily my Daughter was watching from the porch. When we brought it to their attention they acted like it was no big deal and not their problem. To this date they have done nothing to resolve it. There was a general attitude of frustration and impatience from the minute the movers arrived as if they didn’t want to perform the job we were paying for. In the initial quote we stated how many bedrooms there were, that there were stairs and where we were traveling too. We payed $771 and still have to finish our move and replace a mailbox. I found this company on thumbtack and I would not recommend them.
Would rate a 0, found this company on thumbtack like other reviews stated on thumb tack he stole my deposit and is now unresponsive. Gave him notice well in advance that I wouldn’t be using his services and now he’s unresponsive to my request for a refund for my deposit.
I found my grandmother's antique furniture with multiple scratches after they stored hard plastic totes on top of the pieces without any protection. They did not take several pieces I specifically asked for and even though they didn't take everything, and only had to unload items into a storage space, instead of into a house and set up in upstairs bedrooms, the price was the same.
