I had scheduled someone to come out to my house to assess a water damage issue. They came out while we weren’t home but never notified me when they left or provided any updates. I never received a quote or any follow-up communication. I reached out to the office to find out what was going on and was told someone would give me a call back. Unfortunately, I never received that call and have not heard from them since. I’m not sure what happened, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
