Reviews
Diagnosed a difficult short caused by storm water intrusion into an outdoor HVAC junction box. Carefully isolated the fault before replacing any parts, repaired the damaged wiring, and restored my LG mini-split system. Professional, honest, and explained the process clearly.
Installed the outlet quickly and cleaned up after wards
The team at Right Voltage Electric Group was amazing from the moment we first communicated on Thumbtack. They provided the best service possible for our household. From acquiring and submitting all of the documents in a timely fashion to being early for the job. Onsite their work station was very well organized, they were knowledgeable and precise during a rather tedious job of installing a new outlet where one never existed. They were even hospitable in helping me understand the situation for a potential future project. I will be staying in contact with this company because it’s always good to have a go-to electrician readily available in NYC. Thank you guys!
Very professional and responsive company who fixed the electricity issue in my kitchen quickly.
I had a good experience with a fan install. Was professional, and install went well.
Electrician arrived right on time and was polite and efficient. Work was done quickly and he cleaned up old light fixture and packing materials for new light. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
I just moved into a new co-op and the old tenants connected their stove to an extension cord. 😱 I got a quote promptly and Ben came through and saved my life! He arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up after he finished the job. He sent an invoice, which felt much more professional than Zelling someone and gives me flexibility with my payment method, which I appreciate! I would absolutely work with him again.
I needed a 5 million dollar insurance policy for a NYC co-op and Benjamin came through in a pinch! Great work, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend.
Excellent communication, very professional! I highly recommend.
