Rusted was hired to replace an over the range microwave that had failed. During the installed he claimed that an inferior install on the failed microwave allowed a bolt to fall on the glass top range that resulted in a crack in the glass. Although it was not witnessed the crash of glass breaking was heard from another room in the home. Attached is a Picture of the supposed “cracked” glass. I believe the shattered glass top was a result of dropping the microwave on top of the range. He should have other pulled the range away from the wall or covered it completely with protective blankets prior to removal and install. As a result the range had to be completely replaced costing us an additional $700.00 for a new range and install. An honest contractor would own the mistake and covered the cost of a new range. When asked if he would at least install a new range he said “I don’t do that kind is work”
Les arrived when he said he would, he got to work right away removing my old microwave and installing a new one. He does fantastic work paying attention to detail and with his years of experience made the job look easy! I would recommend him for your appliance installation, I will use him again without hesitation! I am recommending him to our condo board for future work at our complex, a true professional 👍👍

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. The over-the-range microwave vent installation was done very poorly. There was tape everywhere, and the vent was leaking air inside the cabinet instead of being properly sealed and ducted. The work looks rushed and unprofessional. I now have to pay someone else to fix it.
Highly recommend hiring Les! He was fast, affordable, and did excellent work! My garbage disposal was rusted on to my sink and he was able to easily get it off with his knowledge on appliances. I will be using him for all my appliance needs in the future!
