They installed LVP flooring in our basement and also painted the walls. They did a pretty good job on both. We also had some nice conversations with the team.

Reviews
Evan and his team were great. Very professional, efficient, and quick to get the work done. We asked for a quote on Sunday and he was able to squeeze us in Monday. Their services are affordable and good quality, which made us happy. The only thing was some paint spots left behind on the trim, cabinets, floors, and staircase railing. Nothing my husband and I can’t touch up ourselves, but a bit more covering of everything would’ve made it perfect!
Rio contractor, Evan, and his team were professional in completing the task. They were hired to replace carpeting to LVP flooring for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. They removed the carpet and other waste and helped in discarding it and completed the work quickly. Evan and team were quite receptive throughout the work. Great value for money and did nice work.
If you want to damage your property with your own money hire him
We had Alex from Rio's Painter and Handyman paint our deck and Adirondack chairs, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, showed up when he said he would, and really took his time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work because the attention to detail was excellent. The deck and chairs look brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend Rio's Painter and Handyman to anyone looking for quality work.
Be consistent with your verbal statement and your followers up action. Time is money.
Evan Rio painted my deck, front door and shutters. Extremely pleased and satisfied - highly recommend.
I recently hired Rio to repaint my bedrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done neatly, on schedule, and with great attention to detail. The walls look brand new smooth finish, clean edges, and perfect color coverage. They were professional, polite, and made sure to protect all furniture and floors before starting. Cleanup was spotless afterward, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled for interior painting, I highly recommend Rio. Excellent quality and fair pricing!
Was very good with making sure work and quality was rught
I recently hired Rio Painter & Handyman for some work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and stress-free. Evan arrived right on time, assessed the job quickly, and gave me a fair, transparent estimate. His attention to detail was impressive—every corner was finished perfectly, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly when the job was done. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything looked just right....
Here's a review you can use for Rio Painters, LLC: We recently had Rio Painters, LLC handle the interior painting of our home, and we're incredibly pleased with the results! The painting work itself was perfectly and precisely done, demonstrating their high level of skill. We were also impressed that they finished the entire project on time, which is always a plus. Beyond just painting, Rio Painters, LLC also did an awesome job with several handyman fixes that were needed. This really showcased their versatility and commitment to a complete job. We also appreciated their willingness to work around our furniture and belongings, moving items themselves to ensure a smooth painting process. The only area for improvement would be in the post-job cleanup. While they didn't make a big mess, there was still some accumulated dust and dirt from the prep work that could have been tidied up more thoroughly with a vacuum or mop. Overall, we're very happy with the quality of their work and would recommend Rio Painters, LLC for their excellent painting and handyman services!
