Chris was more than satisfactory. I'd recommend him and thumbtack to everyone I meet 🫡
Within minutes of me sending an inquiry on having my stair climber assembled I received a response. I was able to schedule someone that morning (was at the house within 45 minutes). I had questions regarding the process and regarding my stair climber before the 2 contractors arrived and they answered every single question. It was clear that they were super knowledgeable!! They arrived right on time and they were extremely professional. It took them maybe 45 minutes to carry the box that was full of stair climber pieces into my house from the garage and put the unit together! They went over issues that I may encounter and how to resolve them. This was so helpful and will definitely save me time if I come across any issues. The charge to put the equipment together was extremely reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you!!
Quick and clever solution to our busted weight-plate problem. Went out of his way to do routine maintenance, tightening up nuts and bolts for the first time in the life of the 35 year old machine.
Very pleased with his service. Showed up on time and asked a couple questions and then got right to it. Was done quickly and charged exactly what he said prior to coming. Very happy to have my leg press set up and it works perfectly! Will use them again for my Lever Gym when it arrives. Highly recommended! Thanks!
reasonable rates and a job well done for a cemented in basketball hoop. would hire again
Very professional. I would high recommend to anyone in need of their services. 5 star experience
Great job in putting up my net so my kids can practice baseball. Great communicator and understood exactly what needed to be done. Attached are photos of the net they put up in my barn.
I purchased a used commercial Precor treadmill that was pretty tough to get apart (rusted, stripped screws/bolts, etc.) and they were able to work a miracle and disassemble it from my garage, move and reassemble in the basement. I had shopped around on Thumbtack before choosing FMT because, in reality, I wanted to save some $$. But in the end they were the clear choice because I knew they knew what they were doing (and wouldn’t mess it up), had worked with this specific treadmill model before, and were great to communicate with. If you hire them for your fitness machine needs, know that these guys are true pros - they service all the machines on the Michigan State University campus among other universities. If we ever move from this house I will definitely be calling them again for help, and I’d recommend them to anyone!
We hired them to install a permanent basketball hoop as we realized after purchasing that we were way over our head on the install and didn't want to risk it being done wrong. These guys were awesome. They scheduled me very quickly, showed up on time, provided some valuable suggestions on hole depth and did just a perfect job both with the initial set but then a few days later with the completion. Since this was a surprise for my son, they even scheduled the second half of the install in a way that my son would be gone during the work and get to come home to his new hoop. Is it cheap to have somebody install your hoop....no. Is it the best money I ever spent??? YES. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to install your hoop or service/move any exercise equipment which is their primary service.
