Enjoyed the initial meeting with Ritchie Pool. He was on time, explained why problems may occur with pools and dates of service.

Quick response. Flexible on scheduling . Reasonable price. Overall great experience.
Very responsive and were able to start the job right away. We look forward to always having a clean pool with them.
Told me they could start on 1st so I cancelled my biweekly service to have them come weekly . They have been ghosting me since . Really unprofessional. I later found out that the lack of communication was due to the technician being in the hospital. They reached back out to me and immediately and rectified the situation . They were here bright and early , cleaned out my pool . And it looks spectacular. My son can go swimming on this hot summer day . I am very happy with the work they performed and will continue to do business with them moving forward .
Cleaned pool and filter out! Looks great! Thank you! Highly recommend!
The before and after within 2 days of them coming! Highly recommend them!
So far I am very happy with the service provided. They have been punctual and my pool is always clean. I especially like the email they send with pictures and the break down of chemistry for pool .
Would definitely recommend! Ritchie pool management does a great job!
Even after we defines and agreed exactly what services will be performed the pool guy on the very first day did not want to maintain our swim spa. The other two times he said he did it but all leafs were still there and I had to clean it myself. He claims chemicals were put in pool and attached spa... after two weeks of service this is how it looked like. When I asked them to improve they service the evening before they were supposed to come back I got a text message they they cannot “live up to my expectations”...
We had not had the pool cleaned in 7 WEEKS. I submit a request looking for someone to clean the pool. They were prompt in calling and setting up a visit. I also appreciate that they respond on the app even after hours (maybe I shouldn't say that lol). Their dedication and professionalism is greatly appreciate. I highly recommend their services. Crystal clear pool and jacuzzi. Thank you!!!
