Ramon and his crew did an incredible job doing a property clearing for me after several years of overgrowth and neglect. The quote was competitive but not the cheapest I got, but I will work with them again after the experience I had. The initial quote was with Luiz, who asked many probing and follow up questions and engaged with the project really assertively which was very helpful. I needed to clear the front, sides and back yard, and do a roof/gutter cleaning and moss treatment. Luiz was friendly, informative, and clear. He convinced me to combine the yard service with the roof service with them, to get a better price on the total project, and I'm very happy that I did. When I asked to delay the service by a week because of rain and the ongoing falling leaves, they obliged without question. Excellent customer service. Day-of, Ramon and I did a super thorough walkthrough so I could provide specific instruction, all of which was honored by the crew. He went above and beyond, offering correction to some misunderstandings I had about specific plants/seeding (he was right), and carefully finding and protecting all the remaining raspberry shoots in a pile of dying raspberries and weeds. All the valuable irrigation tubing was undamaged, and all the annoying weeds like blackberries were completely removed. Truly exceptional attention to detail and every promise met. I had a neighbor text to say how impressive they looked, working quickly and dutifully. They finished sooner than I was expecting and I have zero complaints. Would absolutely recommend and will use again for other jobs around the property.

Ramon was prompt in responding to my request for services and was able to start the project that following weekend. Our side yard needed a lot of weeding and removal of some old growth with strong roots. Ramon was able to remove all of it and put down gravel in it's place. The yard looks much better and even looks bigger! As soon as we are ready to fix up our backyard, we will be calling Ramon.
