I had the pleasure of working with Jose for a recent home renovation project, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! He helped me remodel two bathrooms, install tile, and lay LVP flooring throughout the space. From start to finish, Jose was incredibly professional and a joy to work with. He was always responsive, answering any questions I had promptly and providing regular updates on the progress of the work. Jose’s attention to detail was top-notch, and it was clear that he took pride in his work. The finished result exceeded my expectations, and the quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process because Jose was dependable and communicative. If you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Jose for your next project!
Beware: Work is okay but having to deal with them through the process is horrible. -They sat at my dinning room table and removed the finish from it with their hot plates. -They used my ladder without asking along with a broom & dust pan covering both in paint, ruining them. (Then took the dust pan and broom when job finished ) -Sawed wood next to an open window and let sawdust cover most of my house interior. Had to hire maids to clean the entire house. -Left screens off the windows. -Left front door open for hours at a time along dirt and dust to blow in. -Left debris in the front yard for me to clean up -Two different flooring guys he used couldn’t match existing flooring as he said they could. - Office baseboard paint is already peeling off Lastly, both projects took several days longer than initially told.
Jose kept me in the loop even when he was running behind . His quality of work was professional and issue a fair value. Plan on using Jose again for a different project in the near future, my wife and I are so glad to find some to open the kitchen area and take down a cabinet to allow room for an updated refrigerator.
Jose and his team were extremely punctual and the work was superb. They were fast and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I will def be contacting them to do the rest of my rooms 10/10 reccomend
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jose from River Remodeling. From start to finish Jose was peaceful, experienced, responsive, timely, and a joy to work with. I am very picky and super detailed when it comes to remodeling and Jose was gracious and kind throughout the process. We loved Jose so much we had him do another bathroom, kitchen, office, painting, remodeling, living room, patio structure etc. we didn’t want to lose him and his amazing team of workers. We are so blessed by him and his work. Would hands down recommend him for any job.
Was lovely working with Jose and his crew. They did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom in 2 weeks. Jose was very punctual, paid attention to detail and addressed any concern I had immediately. My favorite part was the floor preparation his crew did on Day 1 to make sure nothing is damaged or scratched. This post is right after the remodel - we haven’t started using the bathroom yet but Jose has assured us that he will resolve any issues
River Remodeling did a excellent job installing new floor in my office. I posted my job on July 7th around 3pm, Jose responded said he could come by at 5pm, he showed up early gave me a bid on the job. He said he could start on job on Monday July 11th he showed up at 9:30am the time he said he would and installed my floor. He and his team did a awesome job, could not ask for anything more. I highly recommend him will be using his services again.
Jose and team were always on time and did the work as I expected. Fair pricing and was willing to work long hours, had I not stepped in to stop him and his crew from working overnight 😉
I can’t say enough good things about River Remodeling Service. Jose provided the best customer care with his responsiveness. Two words come to mind to describe him and his work, conscientious and meticulous. He had complete respect for my home and cleaned up and put everything back in place. If you need anything done, I highly recommend him.
He was very helpful He offered to pick up the materials since he was close by (Carrollton, my project was in Arlington) He finished the project in time on the specified date he said he would. He adheres to your requests. He covered everything to minimize my cleaning. He mopped the site afterwards which was a big help. He performed patch work on flooring. Big companies often don't do this. see attached for samples of what he did compared to what they were before. He sanded the cement and repaired it so that the floor was done right and that it would be smooth and it came out great. Would rehire again!
