Great! Great! Great! Mike is amazing. After speaking to him I decided to hire him because of his professional, competent and easygoing demeanor. He turned what could have been a costly disaster into a professionally resolved issue. I was in the middle of moving and I travel for a living and had very little time to manage everything. I needed a Window A/C unit installed in my new apt and had ordered the AC unit online. The delivery was delayed 3 days and I had already made my appointment with Mike a few days earlier. I had to reschedule and he was very understanding and worked around my busy schedule. He was very punctual the morning of the installation appointment and he carried my AC unit up two flights of stairs. Once he looked at the box he measured the window and said the AC unit was too big. They had sent me the wrong AC unit even after speaking to an agent to ensure it was the correct size. I immediately was upset. I had spent over a week waiting and rescheduling with Mike and now I was going to have to pay Mike for coming out, order a new AC unit, reschedule again with Mike and spend days in a hot apartment. He immediately began looking for AC units online at local stores. Because of the time of year the supply is very low. He found one at Lowes 20 minutes away so we drove there and it was also too big for my smaller window. So he kept looking online and found one at a Home Depot nearby. I ended up purchasing that one and we drove 20 minutes back to my apt where he proceeded to install my AC unit. He figured it out quickly and did a great job! Mike went so far above and beyond. I truly don’t think many people would have gone to the extent he did to get the job done. I paid him for an extra hour but his prices are so reasonable even with the extra cost he was less expensive than the other quotes I got. He saved me hundreds of dollars and days worth of stress. I HIGHLY recommend him!
Overpriced
Mike was very punctual and efficient . i Very much appreciated the great service. He kept me informed during installation and did a super job cleaning up when finished. I highly recommend him.
Very professional and efficient
Was able to get a next day appointment after reaching out and we were very happy with the service. Within 5 minutes he what the electrical issue was and was very transparent about his recommendation. Work was completed within 2 hours and we’ve had no issues with the electrical since.
Mike removed our ceiling fan that was not working and replaced it with a new one. He kept me up to speed on the status of his arrival, he was able to complete his work without interfering with the family who was home for the day, and the quality of the work was up to to my expectations without leaving any mess for the work performed. I would recommend Riverside Electric and I plan to reach out for any other electrical work needed.
Mike helped me with light switches for bedrooms and ceiling fans that weren’t wired correctly. He was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and he had no issue troubleshooting as we walked through various rooms and scenarios. I will call Riverside Electric the next time I need electrical work in my house.
