Aleks and his crew were phenomenal! Did the impossible at a very short time and extremely good quality! Highly recommended. Excellent painting company he knows what’s up! I’m having him coming back in a few weeks for more project!

Disappointing Workmanship and an Unfinished Job I feel like if I gave them 1 star, this review would not be taken seriously and considered hyperbole. I should note that every photo is AFTER they said it was done and collected a check from my wife for the full amount. I hired this company to drywall my bathroom, expecting professional workmanship and a finished product. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing, from the installation itself to the way my concerns were handled afterward. The job was originally estimated to take two days but ended up taking three - along with another followup by Alex. On the third day, I was away on a business trip and had to leave my wife to oversee the remaining work. When the crew told her they were finished, she pointed out several areas that were clearly incomplete. Alex addressed a number of these issues with caulk, and my wife ultimately wrote them a check for the full amount. When I returned home, it was immediately apparent that the work was nowhere near the quality I had expected - there was still tape along the ceiling completely dangling there (pictured). I felt that my wife had been taken advantage of by being asked to pay in full for a job that was not properly finished. There were several red flags throughout the installation that made me question the crew's drywall experience. Rather than using full sheets where practical, they frequently pieced together scraps, creating unnecessary seams and relying on their taping and mudding skills to conceal them. Unfortunately, those finishing skills were severely lacking and the seams were obvious. I have drywall experience myself, and while I may not work as quickly as a professional crew, I understand proper sheet placement and where drywall joints should and should not be located, particularly around door openings. At one point, one of the installers even asked me how to install drywall over the metal pocket door kit. That was concerning, considering I was paying professionals to do the work. The finished product was extremely poor. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, Alex returned and spent approximately an hour and a half applying additional mud to bring the walls to a more acceptable state - leaving me to sand it myself. Even after that visit, I am still finding and correcting mistakes and areas they missed. They also drywalled directly over an electrical receptacle (before and after shown) that was supposed to remain accessible. I had to locate and cut the opening myself. Fortunately, I knew exactly where it was because I had installed it. What bothered me most was Alex's response when I expressed how disappointed I was with the quality of the work when he came that fourth day. He told me that I had only hired them because they were the lowest bid, as though a lower price somehow justified poor workmanship. The reality is that they were the only company I received a bid from. Their price seemed fair to me, but only for work that was completed properly. I did not receive the quality of work I paid for. I hire professionals because I wanted the job done correctly and don't have the time to do it myself. Instead, I ended up paying for a job that took longer than expected, required a return visit to correct obvious deficiencies, and has left me spending my own time fixing their mistakes. I am extremely disappointed in both the workmanship and the way my concerns were handled. I wish no ill-will, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Maybe they're painting services are better. I can't speak to that. I should mention that Aleks told me he fired the guy who worked on my bathroom and we spoke about how hard it is to get good workers regardless of industry. I am hopeful that this is a one-time occurrence. I just wish I wasn't that one time. UPDATE: After posting the review, I got a message from him - also in photos.

We had Riverside remove popcorn from our ceilings. They did an excellent job and our ceilings look great. If this is something you need done, I definitely recommend them!

Alek came out for a bid, very nice man, easy to talk too

They ran into some unexpected difficulties in the existing building, making the project more involved. Aleks handled it professionally. He handled it well, did not complain and completed the job at the agreed-upon price.

Riverside Painters was awesome! They were accommodating to our schedule and walked us through their painting process. They cleaned, repaired and painted and the house looks awesome. We are extremely excited for our new paint scheme on our house

Would not use again he left the house without cleaning up after himself as you can see in the pictures and when I asked him to go back and clean up after himself he became very rude and disrespectful as if it was my fault he didn’t finish the job claiming the property was too far, I also felt a little misled because the pictures he sent me of the finished job purposely left out the mess he left behind. His price wasn’t anything special I would avoid him not worth the hassle of having to hire someone else to go clean up after him since I’m out of state.

The communication was great! I went from a dark cabinet to white. We are replacing our doors. I felt like they did a great job at an affordable price.
