Met with representative from the company and there has been no real follow up. I keep having to reach out to them to get updates on a start date. I asked if they could do the job so I could move on if not. I was assured they could. I am a bit nervous as I have a deadline for completion. I have used Thumbtack for 2 other services and had no issues. I am reconsidering using Thumtack for future project needs.
