We take pride in making your move as smooth and efficient as possible, whether you’re relocating a home or a small business. First-time clients will receive a minimal discount. Our price starts at $125.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum requirement, which includes a team of 2 experienced movers. Additional team members may be necessary based on the size and scope of your move. We offer same day services with morning or afternoon appointments, depending on availability. A trip fee is applied based on mileage and covers travel expenses for the truck use, and fuel expenses, and/or just the team. Additional charges may apply for specific items, and/or conditions such as steps, inclines, declines, etc. We come fully equipped with essential moving tools, including hand trucks and dollies, to safely transport your belongings. Please note that we do not offer flat-rate pricing, hoisting services over balconies or banisters, or third-party additions to our COI under any circumstances. Please note: We strictly service within a 50-mile radius of our base, and we cannot accommodate services exceeding this distance. A responsible party must be present for the entire duration of the move. While we handle most standard moving needs, we do not move pianos, pool tables (only considered if already disassembled), or items requiring heavy machinery like forklifts or pallet jacks. In some cases, we may be able to assist with alternative services for an additional fee. Quotes provided by phone are valid for 48 hours, and all pricing is subject to change. For the most accurate estimate, we encourage you to contact us directly. We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Cash.

I was TOTALLY pleased with Ken’s service. This was me and my sister’s first time using movers. And boy, Ken was a breath of fresh air! He was punctual and he always responded to my texts and if I called and he didn’t pick up, he’d return my call in a timely manner. Even though we were a bit concerned that all our items would not fit in the Uhaul, Ken knew it could and made it happen, he definitely understood the assignment! He knew what to load first so it all came together, like a puzzle. I was also pleased by his professionalism and respect. I HIGHLY recommend BOSS MOVERS for any size move. They will not disappoint you. 5 STAR SERVICE🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
I strongly caution anyone considering this moving company to read their contracts very carefully and understand how they interpret them — because their interpretation is not reasonable, professional, or fair. I hired RLMJ Movers for a very small move — two suitcases, one carry-on, and three duffel bags — quoted at $150 with a $75 retainer. After a clearly articulated family emergency, they requested approval from the owner and agreed to a one-time courtesy reschedule, which I appreciated and accepted. Here is where the problem begins. They sent me a written appointment confirmation stating an estimated arrival window of 2:30–5:30 PM. I relied on that window in good faith — coordinating packing, personal readiness, and access to the destination. On the morning of the move, I suddenly received a text saying the movers would arrive at 11:30 AM — three hours before the stated window. When I immediately called to explain that I was not ready because they were arriving well outside the agreed window, I was told that I was “in violation of the contract” and that I would forfeit my $75 retainer if I wasn’t ready at 11:30 AM. Their justification? That the contract says the team can arrive “before or after the estimated time.” This is where the conduct becomes unreasonable. No reasonable customer — and no court — would interpret an “estimated arrival window of 2:30–5:30 PM” to mean movers can arrive three or more hours earlier and still claim compliance. If that were the case, they could show up at 7 AM, 3 AM, or any time of day and blame the customer — which is absurd. “Before or after” reasonably means within proximity of the window, not multiple hours outside of it. What made this worse was being told, essentially, “We already did you a favor by rescheduling, so now you have no leverage.” That argument is irrelevant. Once a written agreement was issued with a defined window, both parties were bound by it. Courtesy does not override contract terms. To be clear: - I did not cancel - I did not reschedule - I objected immediately - I was ready within the agreed window The company chose to arrive far outside that window and then blame me Keeping a retainer under these circumstances is not professionalism — it is taking advantage of ambiguity. If you value clear communication, reasonable scheduling, and ethical business practices, I would think very carefully before using this company.
I should have known better when Mayra kept telling me 'Sunday is their normal day off.' I thought my appt time was 11:30am but in actuality 11:30am-1:30pm was the window they had to arrive. I was moving from a 1 bed (1023 sq ft) to a smaller 2 bed (952 sq ft). Furniture wise I have a queen mattress, curio, 'L' shape hydraulic desk with riser and boxes. Seems easy and quick. What had taken other movers 3-4hrs took them almost 7 and they broke my desk and damaged my wall AND didn't tell me I had to discover it. What I thought would have been no more than $500 ended up being over $800. And remember they are not responsible for damages. Super disappointed and can't recommend (So if Sunday your normal day off, why not advertise that y'all work at your convenience on that day.) And the photo shows that is not a little chip AND as for my pit bull, yeah he was close to me, how safe do you think I was feeling with a strange man waiting in my new apartment for his money
He responded with a quickness & was able to get the job done in less than 2 hours. & He was available right away for a quick move. Thank you for your rapidness..
Great price, they work quick, if you need to love a ton of a boxes they are worth it! If you need to move furniture, make absolutely sure you wrap everything completely. Every single one of my pieces of furniture is dinged or scratched. I offered them tarp but they woundnt accept it, and pillows/blankets to fill in rattling shelves but they said no. He made very clear they aren't responsible for any damages. They broke a foot off my console stand and he screwed it back which looked great at first, but he screwed through the wood so the nail tips are showing in the cubby. So just be prepared for everything imaginable and it'll be a good move. Also I paid for them to assemble/dissemble my bed, and when I wasn't looking they hid some of the bed supports that go under the bed so they didn't install them.
I contacted RLMJ movers for a same day move and was able to be accommodated! My items were packed into the truck and handled with care. They were even able to assist with dismounting my TVs and wrapping services for them and some of my larger furniture. They were patient with positioning, and repositioning, heavy items where I wanted them. They moved carefully but quickly and were able to finish within the quoted timeframe. I’ll definitely use for future moves. The first 5 pictures are the items to be moved (this is my wrapping work pictured- I added on their wrapping service upon arrival). The last 3 pictures are the items moved into the second location.
Buyer, beware. Ronnie and Myra do not know how to take negative feedback regarding their service. It took Ronnie and his two day laborers. Three hours to load my apartment. Everything was packed, wrapped and ready to go. I believe Ronnie was trying to make the clock to make more money on the job. At the end of the job when I let them know, I was unhappy. Ronnie cursed me out “I busted my ass for you“. He was aggressive, raising his voice. Myra was no better on the phone extremely defensive and over talking me. The job was not completed to the agreement we had. My tread moved upstairs to the second floor. I paid for that. my beds were not assembled per the agreement due to his ineffective and poor process after five hours. I asked him to just leave the boxes in the garage because it was taken too long. Worst experience of my life. They overcharged me for extremely poor service. The most disappointing thing is, they could not maintain professionalism and communicate with me without being ghetto.
This move was very interesting. Of course when they first got they they found ways and “extra stairs” to add more to the cost. I was quoted for two (2) movers and they stated they had an extra guy that could help and it would speed up the process for an extra $35, okay cool no biggie. However, it still took over 2 hours to move my apartment, definitely was not expecting them to take that along, especially after adding an extra mover. While in the apartment one of the movers broke the hose to the washer and flooded the laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom. They complained about having to “lift” the washer and dryer, that was a little off putting as well. When we arrived to my new home, the drop Off location they “couldn’t get my headboard up the stairs.” Granted I do have a larger king size headboard, however after one attempt they just left it there citing “it’s to big to get it up stair.” So I’m left with a flooded old apartment and no assembled in my new home, but of course full payment was expected and received. Also, Mayra the executive assistant berated my husband when he called to question about that bed saying “you weren’t there” well Mayra neither were you. The only reason they do not have a one (1) start from me is because Ronnie and one of his movers were very personable while moving items.
I would HIGHLY recommend using RLMJ Movers!!! To my surprise, they came a few minutes early before my scheduled time and ready to help me move. They were very fast with loading and unloading, and even made sure all my belongings were properly secured before moving them. Nothing was damaged! I was very impressed with all the equipment they used to transport boxes and furniture! Their prices were very reasonable considering some of the overpriced bigger named corporate moving companies. Their customer service representative, Mayrah, (name may be spelled different) is very thorough with communicating all your prices and any adjustments that may take place during your move. I will never move again without using RLMJ! Book with them!! You’ll be pleased!
