Absolutely. I’d make it a little more polished and credible while preserving the enthusiasm and emphasizing the white-glove, end-to-end service that impressed you. I found RMS Installs through Thumbtack when I was looking for someone to remove an old plasma TV and install a large new OLED TV. Timothy reached out and offered a truly full-service, white-glove experience—and that is exactly what I received. RMS Installs handled everything from start to finish. They helped me select and purchase all of the equipment, delivered it, upgraded the wiring inside my walls (including replacing old component-video wiring with new HDMI cables), cleaned up the messy wiring around my existing equipment, installed and configured the new TV and stereo, and then took the time to walk me through how everything worked. I was extremely impressed with everyone at RMS Installs, including the owner, who personally came by to inspect the work. The attention to detail and level of service were outstanding. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. Another thing that really impressed me was the pricing. The equipment was priced essentially the same as if I had purchased it myself from Best Buy, Crutchfield, or Amazon, while RMS Installs provided all of the expertise, convenience, delivery, installation, and setup. Timothy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about audio, video, networking, and the equipment he recommends, and his recommendations were excellent. If you’re looking for a company that will handle your Audio/Visual or networking project from beginning to end and deliver true white-glove service, I highly recommend RMS Installs. It was wonderful working with RMS for our ethernet drop project.
I hired them for home theatre wiring. They did a good job overall but the reason for my three star rating is their professionalism. I specifically asked to use Guage 14 speaker wires, however they used cheap Guage 16 wires. Also they left the holes in the dry wall open. They tried to hide them behind surround speakers but some holes are still visible. They supposed to close those holes or pit small brackets. I've contacted their customer service but nobody has contacted me for more than a month. I'm really disappointed.
Asked for 2 network drops and the tech was on time and responsive to our needs.
Did a great job. Small job. Only issue that we had was that it took a week to get a quote and then almost another week to get someone to do the job. This is good and bad news. Good because they are good and in demand....bad because you want to get the job done and cannot wait sometimes.

Dante installed a TV mount on my very uneven, stacked stone fireplace. I'm always worried choosing a professional when I don't personally know somebody who has used their services. He responded to my inquiry with questions that made me feel confident he knew what he was doing. That paired with the pictures on Thumbtack of his work gave me confidence in his abilities. Prior to coming out Dante asked to see which mount I was using, and recommended a different kind due to the stone we were mounting on. Upon arriving he set up, quickly assessed the situation, did measurements and preparation and got to work. He was finished in less than an hour and that included him giving me a lesson in what he was doing and how to adjust the tv in the future if needed. He was great, professional and efficient. I would certainly use Dante's services with confidence in the future.
