Old fashion service with a smile. We are inordinately pleased. Everything was set up exactly as we needed it.
Ynfortunately Eric was super in finding my ‘no internet problem within minutes super nice, the issue was A T T fiber cable not working he took care by contactaxting them immediatelyxand arranged for service the next day. However theycwerexto repair between noin and 4 pm. Saturday, today. Emsiled theycwerexbacked up would come. 4:30-5 today. Have not seen or heard from them again. Still no internet. Very poor service. Spectrum looking better all the time .
