About Robert Congdon
I enjoy taking the stress out of peoples lives by solving day to day issues that pop up around the home. Especially clients who have families to take care of or those who may not have family close by to help out. Putting together DIY furniture, repairing torn window screens, changing door knobs, and many other seemingly minor tasks that end up taking longer than planned or may be more difficult than expected are right up my alley. I provide quality work and always explain my work thoroughly. Your happiness is what makes this job worth the time and energy. I’m not happy until you are happy. What really makes my job exciting is when the customer gets a big smile on his or her face when the job is complete. I personally enjoy interacting with the customer as well to really make their house a home. Everybody wants to have “new” without the frustration. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Great job mounting my frame tv flawlessly to the wall!!
Very efficient work, and the price is fair. Responsive in texts and was very punctual
Such an awesome job done. He disassembled three beds in less than an hour. This man came in; worked diligently and took the beds apart so fast I was stunned. Wonderful person, wonderful service. Such good service I rebooked him to assemble the beds back when I move. I would highly recommend this man!!

Robert was great. I decided not to try to mount a TV by myself. Found him on Thumtack. He was responsive and professional. Would recommend.
Great job, put some light fixtures up and built a bookshelf shelf that was too complicated to put together for me but super easy for him, was very responsive and professional, definitely recommend.
Bob was a pleasure to work with. Awesome communication and quality work. He was friendly and helpful, and certainly I will be reaching out to him again for any future handyman needs!
Robert responsiveness throughout the whole process was impeccable. He let me know when he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very precise in his measurements and even added washers to stabilize my tv. Robert will forever be my go to guy if I need maintenance help!
Came on time, did a great job, let me know how my tv mount worked. Would contact again for future projects
I’m so glad I found Bob and highly recommend him. He remounted my TV on a floor stand, corrected mistakes I made during assembly, and made sure everything was perfectly level. He was prompt with communication, professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. His pricing was more than fair, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for future projects.
First time using this app and Robert was excellent. I tried to choose all 5 areas above, but it will only let me choose 3. The project came out amazing! He was also willing to make an adjustment in an area where our project was being finished. I will be scheduling him in a few days to put something else together! Definitely nice to have one person to rely on! Thank you!!
robert helped me take down my tv mount wall plate and did such a clean job with it. he was on time, super nice, and made the whole thing really easy. definitely hiring again! thank you
Robert put together a playhouse for us. It looks beautiful and took less time than originally estimated so the cost was less. Very happy with his work and would definitely work with him again!
Robert build this whole sideboard (even repaired a broken piece) and mounted our tv. He also put up a bunch of artwork. Everything he did work on is great!
Would recommend. On time, great work, nice guy. Quality
I cannot say enough good things about Robert. He came on time, on the day agreed upon and worked straight through until all 6 furniture pieces had been assembled. He did not even stop for lunch! He was very personable and his attention to detail is very commendable. I was very satisfied with how all the pieces turned out. His pricing is quite reasonable for the level of service. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.
Bob was on time and got everything done very quick, he brought everything he needed for the job with him and was very friendly and helpful!
