Extremely unprofessional. I am a customer and I have the right to vet and choose who I want to hire. That’s the point of thumbtack. Robert harassed my phone and then wrote me a very disturbing text pictured below. WILL NEVER USE.

Robert and Kim were great especially since kohler did not have all the parts in a new unopened box. But Robert found a way to work around and make it work.
Robert’s partner was the boss and she’s the best. He did a great job with the toilet install.
Unable to quantify their work given Robert has now been unresponsive. We had a hot water tank replacement scheduled when Robert was called out of town for 3 weeks the day before the replacement. When I followed up in 3 weeks he told me it would be another 3 weeks before he returned to town. I then followed up at that time via phone and text but have not heard back now for almost 2 weeks. This was not an emergency which is why I was willing to wait. Not sure what happened but the lack of dependability is concerning.
