I provide fast, high-quality home maintenance for individual homeowners and small landlords managing rental properties. I specialize in electrical troubleshooting and essential home upgrades offering the reliability and personal touch that big property firms can’t match. Core Services: A) Electrical: faulty outlets, flickering lights, tripping breakers, light and outlet replacements and smart home/fixture installations (fans, Ring doorbells, lighting). B) Small Handyman Tasks: furniture, cabinets and others assembly, small appliance and TV mounting, doors and windows installations, and minor repairs. Scheduling Requirements: To ensure I provide the best service to my clients, and give every customer my full attention and professional results, I require at least 24 hours' notice for all bookings (I do not offer 'emergency' or 'same-day' services). Service Limitations ❌: I do not accept the following types of jobs: A) Gas or Plumbing (pipe line repairs, drains, or water-related issues). B) Fix Appliances/IT (refrigerator, washer, or computer repairs). C) Large-scale property management or third-party subcontracting requests (I work directly with homeowners and individual rental owners only) D) For safety my services are limited to work reachable within 10 feet of the ground. E) Do not accept jobs or visits less than my minimum rate. Requirement for my services: 1) Accessible parking (driveway or close street spot) must be available for my tool truck upon arrival. 2) Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance or they will be rescheduled. 3) Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service on the same day (if landlord is paying and not present I will require payment as I showed up or I will retire)

Roberto did some furniture assembly and shelves for us and he did a wonderful job. He arrived on time and helped us carry the boxes up to the apartment. He was courteous professional and very neat! His work was very good. He even wore booties in the house! I would hire him again and highly recommend.

Roberto is the guy who can get the job done. He was hired to replace my ceiling fan. In the middle of the job he discovered there is an issue with the wire that provides power. He first tested out the ceiling fan by directly connecting it with an outlet and then found out that the wire on the ceiling were from a transformer instead from a main power line. He did all these with his experience and knowledge. I highly recommend him for any handyman jobs. He’s also very agile with his actions and is proficient in what he’s doing. He also started with a very reasonable asking price and that was why he was hired for the job.
There has been a leak from the roof into a bedroom which kept recurring after being repaired. There had never been a clear explanation of the problem until Roberto was hired to apply anti-mold paint to the area. From his report: "Observation & Safety Warning: During the sanding process, I identified significant oxidation (rust) on the internal metal drywall framing. This indicates a history of moisture penetration. To ensure air quality and minimize dust for the resident, we proceeded with the original plan to seal and smooth the area. Recommendation: This current repair is a cosmetic/temporary solution. Once the winter season concludes, I strongly recommend a full inspection of the upper skylight structure to identify the source of the moisture. To permanently prevent mold regrowth, the rusted metal framing should be replaced with new, moisture-resistant materials." ~~~ Years back I got very sick due to the dust from construction work in my building, which forced me to move out. When Roberto arrived I was overwhelmed. What impact would the current mold situation have on my life? He responded with patience and empathy, calming me down and reassuring me. After the work was done, the room was immaculate clean. The air was clean! And he had mopped the floor! Roberto is a rare find. His rates are more than reasonable. He is very easy to talk to and gives clear explanations. He arrived on time, right on the dot! He is also an electrical engineer and musician! He wears boot covers to protect your floors! Roberto is an all-around exceptional human being. I recommend him highly. And don’t forget, he is also an electrician!
I would be very happy to write a positive review about Roberto. He was an excellent electrician. First of all, he was easy to converse with in advance then he showed up on time. It was easy to tell that he was professional. He had all the right tools. He knew his job extremely well he was efficient and quick with doing the electrical work that I hired them for I would probably say he was the best Electrician I have met. If you’re looking for a pro, he’s the one I had hired him to hang a new ceiling fan on a cathedral ceiling, and he handled the job perfectly
I was having some issues with my front porch lights so I reached out to Roberto over the weekend and he showed up this morning early on time, very professional and took care of the problem within 30mins. Now everyone in my house is happy including my wife! Thanks again Roberto! 👍
