I have health issues and I am not able to clean as I once did. The team was three ladies. They laughed and seemed to enjoy the work. The deep cleaning included my refrigerator, baseboards, spider webs, lights. I have asked for a return and once a month schedule.

They did a great job doing a deep clean move out for me. I am very satisfied with the work they did and it looked just as nice as before I moved in. My oven looked cleaner than I could have ever cleaned it! So greatful for them! I almost had to cancel, but it ended up working out and they came in a bit earlier.

I was very disappointed with my move out cleaning. I met the cleaning professional at the property at 8 am. I will say that she was very prompt and arrived just under 15 minutes early. I got a message at 10:26 am saying job was complete. I thought 2 hrs and 30 min was short for a move-out cleaning. I’ve had people clean longer for a routine cleaning. The property is 4 bedroom, 2 bath with 3 stories and about 1800 square ft and there was only ONE person there to clean for reference. In hindsight that was far too fast for a property this size. I didn’t think too much of it at the time as my husband and I had done a bit of cleaning ourselves beforehand. When I returned to the property I met the cleaner in the driveway, we exchanged payment. At first glance when I entered the property it appeared to be clean (note that it was fairly clean beforehand). It was when I opened the cabinets that I realized only surface level cleaning had been done. In the upstairs bathroom there was a bit of fecal matter in the toilet that went away with one flush. I know this was not present prior. No issues with using the bathroom, but at least look behind yourself to make sure there is no residue. Kitchen cabinets and drawers had clearly not been touched. Same thing for the baseboards. I was told the following items were included: Deep cleaning move-in/out includes: Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, microwave, polishing the granite in the kitchen, cabinet cleaning (outside and inside) Microwave, dishwasher, living room, doors, dining room, ceiling fans, baseboard, wood or carpets and mop the floors. Extras jobs: oven, fridge, organization and windows. I added windows as an extra. From what I could see, she MAYBE wiped a few surfaces and mopped some of the floors. I have requested a refund.
