Great experience. He cleared was a tree and three bushes for me. Got it done quick with no issues. Definitely having him come back to help with other landscaping projects.
Erick just left from doing a landscaping job of cleaning up weeds and putting down mulch with Preen on top. He was great to work with, did a beautiful job, always let me know if he had to go get something, was polite and professional, and I have put his phone # in my address book for future reference.
Erick was quick, efficient, and responsive. He sprayed my home with natural pest control and also checked a few other areas while he was here. Thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Needed a last second cut, got a response immediately with availability time. Showed up when promised and the job was done well.
Excellent experience with Erick. Punctual, professional, and very thorough with his work.
This was Erick’s first time cutting my lawn and he did a very good job. The lawn was neatly cut and edged and no grass clippings were left behind. I would definitely use his service again.
I had a great lawn service, very professional, did a very detailed job with my lawn service, would highly recommend to everyone!
How can they improve? Gee, let me think? for starters how about when Eric shows up and says He's going to commit to do a job and help me out, which I was counting on that he actually finishes the job. Doesn't get my hopes up, get started, pull a couple weeds. cut a branch, and as I go around to the other side of the house to clear off the back patio which I really shouldn't be doing in my post surgery condition. I wanted to help him, to the point that I almost passed out and then he disappears and I'm like where the heck did he go and looking all over and I get a text from him saying, sorry the job is bigger than I estimated more than I can handle. I cut the branch and the bush. maybe you can get the other company to bring the price down. Seriously? I went with this guy because I liked him. I thought I was a good judge of character, so I told the other company no, we had a long conversation, he knew about all the issues I was having blah blah blah. I showed him pictures all the way around the house that had been taken 2 days before and now all the sudden he just bails at me and I am having company the next day. I am livid beyond. I can't even speak. my heart is broken. I don't even know what to say but don't put your hopes on this guy cuz he's just going to disappear when you're not looking because apparently their slogan on their little advertisingment means nothing to this one
Eric did a good job of communicating as to his availability and arrival time. He was very efficient doing the work and did a good clean up.
Did a great job contacted me promptly showed up on time and did a good job!
Needed my lawn mowed fast after my mower broke down. Erick messaged me and was out a day later. Thanks!
Erick was awesome with communicating and his pricing was reasonable. I’ll definitely be booking with him for future landscaping needs.
Polite, Professional, On Time, Great Prices. These folks accomplished in 2 days for $75 wha someone else quoted 500 to do. They showed up exactly when quoted, were done early, communicated amazing. will be hiring again no doubt!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Rock Solid for snow removal. He showed up exactly when he said he would, communicated clearly, and did a thorough, professional job clearing my driveway and walkway. No shortcuts everything was done right. It’s hard to find someone reliable during snow season, but this was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using him all winter and everyone going forward and would recommend him to anyone looking for dependable, quality snow removal.
Finally I have someone that knows how to conduct a business
I expected a little more than what I got. $100 for removal of the sticks and mulch. After the removal of the sticks the leaves under it was not cleaned up (they were left there). Mulch was done but the other leaves were just blew back on the grass but not mulched. Also, the patio was not blew off. Still grass there after the clippings. I have to go blow off the clippings. I expected a little more for what I paid.
