Ursallie Smith/Rococo Design was able to interpret my need for design despite my inability to verbalize it coherently. She was thoroughly professional throughout the project, personally supervising and directing the entire process every step of the way. The end result reflected her considerable skill and talent as a designer and I am grateful to her for translating that which I could only dream into reality. Bernard Lewin,MD

Ursallie was prompt, respectful, and understanding when getting back to me about my project. Unfortunately, I was looking for an entirely different type of designer, which is something Ursallie doesn't specialize in. When I finally decide to do an entire remodeling project in the coming year, I'll definitely be contacting Rococo Design Interior Design again!
Good
I am very happy with my experience. Ursallie is so talented and experienced at what she does. She was with me every step of the way. She didn't allow me to settle for anything I didn't truly want and she is such a helpful and positive person. We got along so well, which is the first step in a successful outcome. She didn't rush me on any decision I wasn't sure about but when I did decide, she arranged everything for me in a timely and efficient manner, No time wasted. She got straight to business and kept going. Also, I had a concern about one of the rooms that is very small; however, she came up with a way to make everything I needed in that space without it looking cluttered. Words can not explain how happy I was when I saw the finished product.
Ursallie helped us design our 1 bedroom beach front apartment. First of all, she is a joy to work with, always upbeat, never uptight! She has an amazing eye, and sees a room as no one else was able to, thereby making the most of the space. She has great connections so she was able to save us a lot of money enabling us to be able to get everything we wanted to, instead of having to settle for less. She is reliable, she is quick, and she is organized! Our apartment came out better than we could have dreamed, everything is as comfortable as it is beautiful! Everyone's mouth drops when they visit us. I cannot say enough nice things about Ursallie, her design sense, her dependablity and her wonderful disposition.
Ursallie is an amazing designer!!! Was looking for a designer for a long time to renew my house I needed help with flooring, painting and furnishing I wanted a more modern look and I'm so glad I found ursallie couldn't make a better choice!!!! my house looks unreal now thanks to her !!! She have so many new ideas it's amazing! Floors look amazing, the metallic paint she applied is perfect and the furniture is just beautiful! She made my house look like a modern castle!!!
I had found Ursallie through this site and I am so glad I did! She did a fabulous job in "refreshing" my apartment. She helped me break out of my box and suggest amazing ideas when it came to paint colors, furniture and wall accents. She even refurbished my couch and lounge chair based on her own design and it came out beautiful. She was always professional and got back to me right away. She also has a great personality and made me feel at ease. What made me feel even better was that she personally over saw all the work. She was at my apartment with the workers and paid great attention to detail. She never pushed me into anything. For that I am grateful. I highly suggest using Rococo Design. You won't regret it!
