Guy had no idea what he was doing. I had to tell him the tv wasn’t centered. Carelessly put holes in my wall. When we went to go hang the tv on mount it was hitting my ceiling. Had to put another 2 holes in on top of the 7 he already did! Then marked my wall with permanent marker and when I tried to remove it he said he had spray to take it off. Went out and got cologne which turned my paint blue! Worst experience I have ever had.

Scammer! I was scammed and ghosted . His professionalism is rude and his employees don’t know what they are doing. when i texted to say his employee left little broken shards of glass all over the bathroom floor from replacing a light fixture and broke the cover to the GFI socket he replaced and didn’t tell me but instead caulked it trying to hide the fact the owner did not respond. Finally he said he would fix the situation and then ghosted me. $150 thrown away in my opinion. STAY AWAY. DON’T BE HIS NEXT VICTIM

Asked for a fan repair, couldn’t do it, didn’t informed me. Instead replacement with lights bulb and harassed with lawsuit, you pay me now! You pay me now! Agreed on the phone for 150$ hanged up. Send 50 messages spamming my phone. What kind of service is this?
He had an employee spend 5hrs replacing a dishwasher earlier this year. The other day entire unit became very loose and the door wouldnt close. Had someone else come and look at it today. Roch Tech used a drywall screw to attach the dishwasher, which was too short as there needed to be a small spacer put in between the dishwasher and cabinet. The screw popped out and it damaged the inside of the dishwasher.
